What your monthly plan covers
Your Elixio AI monthly plan covers your subscription to the platform and the features included in your selected package, such as AI call answering, message taking, routing, summaries, and other tools listed on your pricing plan.
What is billed separately
Usage charges are separate from your monthly plan and are based on activity. These may include:
- Phone minutes
- SMS text messages
- MMS picture messages
- Email sends
- Email verification
- Certain premium workflow or AI action

Elixeo.AI billing includes charges for incoming and outgoing emails, including all recipients in the To, CC (carbon copy), and BCC (blind carbon copy) fields.

Important note about carrier fees
Some text messaging costs may also include carrier passthrough fees. These are charges from mobile carriers and are added on top of the base SMS or MMS rate. For Elixeo.AI services, these carrier fees may vary by carrier and message type. Published examples include outbound SMS fees around $0.003 for AT&T and T-Mobile, $0.003 to $0.005 for Verizon, and $0.005 for U.S. Cellular.
How to understand your bill
Your monthly Elixio.AI invoice can include up to three parts:
